Geographical conditions Indonesia has natural resources with good potential for the development of renewable energy. This resource used to generate electricity using turbine, so this research prototype simulate power plant (PLTB). was tested by simulating average speed several regions Indonesia. between 3 m/s – 7 m/s. blower regulated dimmer order lower accelerate sweeps surface area ​​the turbine. From rotation it directly rotates rotor generator produce electrical voltage. output connected load. total load study 15 Watt. By comparing comes out calculated formulation issued efficiency obtained. highest when 6 m/s, value only reaching 6.86%. working stable above 5% from 5 cause poor number rotations produced turbine not able maximize work generator.
